Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Technician Support, Level 2 to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and intermediate repairs across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. You will diagnose issues, provide direction to Level 1 staff, and participate in on-call rotations to handle after-hours emergencies.

This role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, EPA certification is preferred, and a high school diploma with trade schooling is desirable.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years with intermediate plumbing, electrical, and HVAC knowledge.
• Strong quality and deadline orientation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC units, appliances, and electrical systems.
• Perform plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, drains).
• Make-ready duties and inspect vacant units for rent-readiness.
• Provide technical direction to Level 1 staff.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
• General grounds maintenance and repairs (cleaning, trash, curb painting).
• Follow company safety procedures and appearance standards.
