Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Technician Support, Level 2 to perform a broad range of complex repairs with minimal supervision on-site at our properties. The role emphasizes core maintenance, troubleshooting, and intermediate repairs across HVAC, appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.

You will provide guidance to Level 1 staff, handle after-hours emergencies, and support make-ready and rent-readiness tasks while adhering to safety and appearance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to residents.
• Strong quality and deadline orientation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing HVAC units, household appliances, and electrical systems.
• Performing plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, drains).
• Make-ready duties and inspecting vacant units for rent-readiness.
• Provide technical direction to Level 1 staff.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
• Grounds maintenance and basic repairs around property.
• Follow safety procedures and appearance standards.
