Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Technician Support, Level 2 to perform complex repairs in maintenance, troubleshooting, and intermediate repairs across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

The role includes making units ready for rent, directing Level 1 staff, and participating in on-call rotations. Strong communication and safety compliance are required for this position in Florida properties.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–3 years’ experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC units, appliances, and electrical systems.
• Repair plumbing fixtures including faucets, toilets, and drains.
• Perform make-ready inspections and ensure rental-readiness.
• Provide technical direction to Level 1 staff.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
• Perform general grounds maintenance and assist with cleaning and trash removal.
• Follow safety procedures and appearance standards.
