Job summary

Irvine Technology Corporation is seeking an IT Support Administrator (Level 2) in Fort Worth on-site to provide Level 1-2 and admin support in a Microsoft environment.

You will troubleshoot, assist end users via phone/chat/email, and work with AD, Azure, Intune, SharePoint, Exchange while coordinating with vendors. On-site and remote support, documentation, and training keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a Level 2 IT support role.
• Microsoft 365 stack experience: SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, AD, Entra ID, Azure.
• Experience with Intune is required.
• Strong remote/troubleshooting abilities and end-user support.
• Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1–2 and admin support to internal users.
• On-site Fort Worth and remote support for the company.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues.
