Formación

• A+ Certification recommended; MCTS, MCITP, MCPD preferred.
• 2-4 years or more of related experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level-2 technical support for desktops and laptops.
• Correct hardware problems by coordinating with OEM vendors.
• Support desktop software installation and troubleshooting.
• Manage customer communications and case status updates.
