You will review loan documentation, resolve servicing requests, and ensure records meet organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, strong lending knowledge, and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in financial services, customer service, or lending.
• 2+ years in consumer or mortgage lending.
• Familiarity with loan documentation and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collateral protection insurance inquiries and claims processing.
• Provide service via phone, email, secure messaging, resolving requests.
• Process credit verifications, consent-to-remove forms, coupon orders.
• Monitor online banking messages and department emails.
• Balance and reconcile nightly department activities.
• Maintain loan document accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Record deeds of trust and releases electronically.
• Support electronic storage and retention of loan docs.
• Maintain the consumer lending file room.
