The Consumer Lending Operations Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the quality, accuracy, and compliance of the credit union's consumer loan portfolio while delivering exceptional service to members and internal teams. This position is responsible for reviewing and maintaining loan documentation, resolving servicing requests, and ensuring lending records are complete, accurate, and compliant with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Leveraging strong lending knowledge, attention to detail, and effective time management skills, the Consumer Lending Operations Specialist supports loan retention and member satisfaction by providing timely, accurate solutions throughout the loan lifecycle. This role serves as a key partner in identifying and resolving documentation exceptions, maintaining loan records within core systems, and supporting operational excellence through quality control and continuous process improvement. The position contributes directly to a positive member experience and the overall success of the credit union's lending operations.
$22 to $26 per hour (S12), plus 7% annual target bonus.
Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, location and internal pay equity.
