Job summary

Wings Credit Union is seeking a Commercial Lending Specialist II to provide professional, courteous service to members and support complex CRE acquisition and refinance loans. You’ll work with limited supervision, growing expertise in higher risk CRE loans, including participations and construction, under leadership guidance.

Responsibilities include coordinating closings, managing construction loan administration, and handling loan participation activities while ensuring regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial loan operations or commercial servicing experience.
• 1+ years of CRE and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) lending experience.
• 1+ Experience in reviewing business financial documents.
• Bondable required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track CRE acquisition and refinance loan closings while supporting commercial construction and participation loan closings.
• Manage commercial construction loan administration and draw processes in partnership with lenders and leadership.
• Administer commercial loan participation activities in collaboration with lenders and leadership.
• Review loan documentation, identify outstanding items, and provide feedback to lenders.
• Ensure complete post-closing loan packages are assembled, maintained, and accurately recorded.
• Monitor collateral perfection, lien protection, and servicing requirements throughout the life of the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with regulations applicable to commercial loans and deposit accounts.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for commercial members regarding loan-related questions and servicing needs.
