Job summary

Air Academy Credit Union in Colorado Springs seeks a Member Service Representative-2 to assist members with everyday banking and guide them through more complex financial needs, including consumer loans and account servicing.

You will listen, ask questions, explain options, and help members move forward while supporting daily branch operations and community engagement. This is a full‑time, on‑site role with Saturday hours and a pay range of $20.50–$24.10 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to two years of related experience in a financial institution, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Ability to learn and use credit union systems, software, and digital banking tools.
• Ability to educate members about credit union products and services and recommend solutions based on their needs.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and handle more complex account and lending responsibilities.
• Ability to work branch hours, including Saturdays.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Help members with everyday transactions and handle more complex account and service needs.
• Open personal accounts and help members understand available products and services.
• Guide members through consumer loans from needs assessment to underwriting to closing.
• Complete loan maintenance and review loans for other branches.
• Assist with ACH and wire needs and debit card questions.
• Handle complex account maintenance and fraud-related transfers.
• Assist with deceased member accounts and branch operations.
