Job summary

Ent Credit Union and Wings Credit Union are seeking a Consumer Lending Coordinator to accurately process personal and home equity loan files, ensure compliance, and prepare real estate documents for closings.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, knowledge of lending regulations, and strong communication to support member service. Night and weekend coverage may be required as part of team schedules.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Expert knowledge of lending regulations.
• Ability to analyze documented borrower information for accuracy and fraud indicators.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills."

Responsibilities

• Process consumer loan files for Personal and Home Equity Lines of Credit.
• Prepare loan documents and ensure lien position is correct.
• Verify underwriting conditions prior to loan closing.
• Comply with HMDA/MLA and other regulations.
• Notarize loan documents in various modalities.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and provide excellent member service.
