Job summary

Wings Credit Union, formed from a merger with Ent Credit Union, is seeking a Commercial Construction Loan Specialist in Colorado Springs to manage end-to-end construction loan processing, ensuring compliance and strong borrower relations.

You will coordinate draws, lien monitoring, inspections, and documentation, collaborate with management to improve efficiency, and serve as a liaison among borrowers, builders, inspectors, loan officers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in commercial construction lending or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in finance/engineering/construction management.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Review loan documents to establish terms, budgets, and funding.
• Coordinate project setup within loan systems.
• Review and approve complex draw requests per milestones.
• Monitor lien waivers, title updates, and collateral protection.
• Maintain records of inspections and funding approvals.
• Assist with portfolio analytics and risk reporting.
