Job summary

Ent Credit Union and Wings Credit Union merged in January 2026, expanding opportunities and resources. This Lending Specialist-Sales role drives direct consumer loan production, assisting members through the loan process via center network, web, or video, while helping them maximize the Wings relationship.

You will interview applicants, manage accounts, track performance, support education teams, and adhere to Bank Secrecy Act guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in a financial services institution with loan origination experience.
• 6+ months consumer loan origination experience preferred.
• 1+ years experience with WingsMSR-LC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview applicants about financial history and goals and submit loan applications.
• Develop internal/external business development and retain/manage accounts.
• Track reporting and identify trends to improve service and productivity.
• Support Education and Service Teams and ensure service level agreements.
• Display personal/consumer finance knowledge and sales skills throughout lending processes.
• Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act policies and regulations.
