Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise production and preparation of food according to recipes and procedures.
• Enforce employment policies and ensure restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Direct productivity to maintain efficient ticket times and costs.
• Coach, evaluate, and discipline Back of House employees as needed.
• Develop and mentor key staff and hourly employees with daily feedback.
