Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner according to recipes and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise production and preparation of food in accordance with established recipes and procedures.
• Enforce employment policies and oversee restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times.
• Direct productivity to maintain efficient food item ticket times.
• Manage Back of House employees with performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Provide daily feedback in one-on-ones to develop key employees and hourly staff.
• Conduct line Taste & Temp checks as part of inventory and kitchen safety responsibilities.
• Oversee proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
• Practice safe food handling procedures.
• Manage food costs, track waste, and control kitchen labor costs.
• Direct work for Back of House staff, including scheduling and task delegation.
• Train Back of House staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
• Review applications and participate in hiring Back of House personnel.
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and goals.
