Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, according to established recipes, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervising production and preparation of food in accordance with recipes and procedures.
• Enforcing employment policies and maintaining cleanliness and guest safety.
• Directing productivity to meet ticket times efficiently.
• Managing Back of House staff, including evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Assisting with development of key employees via daily feedback during one-on-ones.
• Conducting Taste & Temp checks as part of inventory and kitchen safety.
• Overseeing proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
• Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures.
• Managing food costs, tracking waste, and controlling kitchen labor costs.
• Directing work hours, weekly schedules, and task assignments for Back of House.
• Training Back of House staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
• Reviewing applications and participating in hiring decisions for Back of House.
