Job summary

RRD is seeking a Word Processing professional to support time-sensitive legal document projects in Phoenix, AZ. You will work with a team across shifts, producing quality work while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Must have experience with MS Word and legal document processing and be able to commute to Phoenix. Responsibilities include creating, editing, and formatting documents, converting formats, and producing TOAs/TOCs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in legal word processing or document production preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Experience with legal word processing tasks (TOAs/TOCs, cross-references, PDFs to Word, styles/macros) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and format legal documents to firm specifications using various software applications.
• Convert, clean and format documents to/from different file formats.
• Create charts, graphs, tables, and spreadsheets as requested.
• Create/edit Tables of Authorities and Table of Contents.
