Job summary

RRD is hiring Legal Document Specialists in Phoenix to support time-sensitive requests across shifts. You will produce high-quality legal documents, format and convert between formats, and assist with Tables of Authorities/Contents. Strong MS Word skills and fast, accurate typing are essential.

Hybrid work after a 90-day probation (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) is offered, with shift from Sun–Thu 8am–4pm. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree with 3+ years experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with legal word processing tasks such as TOA/TOC creation and PDF conversions.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and format legal documents to firm specifications using various software.
• Convert, clean and format documents to/from different file formats.
• Create charts, graphs, tables, and spreadsheets as requested.
• Create and/or edit Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents.
• Perform data entry utilizing various software applications.
• Transcribe analog or digital dictation files.
