Job summary

RRD is seeking a Word Processing specialist to support time-sensitive legal document requests. You will work with a team across shifts and locations, producing quality work and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Prior experience with legal word processing and MS Office is a strong plus.

The role requires commuting to Phoenix, AZ, with a 90-day probation period after which hybrid onsite/remote work is possible. Pay is $23.08/hour plus a $2.00 shift differential, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in legal word processing preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in legal word processing tasks such as TOAs/TOCs, cross-references, PDFs to Word conversions, and document formatting.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and format legal documents to firm specifications using various software applications.
• Convert, clean and format documents to/from different file formats.
• Create charts, graphs, tables, and spreadsheets as requested.
• Create and/or edit Tables of Authorities and Table of Contents.
• Perform data entry using various software applications.
• Transcribe analog or digital dictation files.
• Restore/recover corrupted document files as necessary.
• Provide help desk support to troubleshoot application queries.
• Meet deadlines with accurate and timely delivery.
• Handle sensitive/confidential documents in accordance with policies.
