Job summary

Parker Poe is seeking a Technology Trainer to deliver engaging training programs, onboarding experiences, and one-on-one coaching to attorneys and staff. You will help maximize the value of the firm’s technology tools and foster adoption across the firm.

The role involves developing learning resources, supporting software implementations, and staying current with evolving technologies, including AI-powered tools. Travel to multiple Carolinas and Southeast offices may be required.

Qualifications

Experience delivering technology training to adults in classroom, virtual, and one-on-one settings.
Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps, Windows 11, and document management systems required.
Familiarity with generative AI tools and helping users adopt new technologies.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging technology onboarding programs and follow-up coaching to build user confidence.
Facilitate classroom, virtual, and one-on-one training sessions for diverse learners.
Create learning resources and short videos to support adoption and development.
Coordinate training programs through a Learning Management System.
Support software implementations and technology rollouts across offices.
