Job summary

Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP is seeking an experienced training professional to drive technology adoption and deliver comprehensive training to professionals in a law firm setting. The role focuses on new hire and new technology training, plus quality testing and advanced application support.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, law firm exposure, and excels at communicating complex tech concepts with clarity and impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 7+ years’ experience creating and delivering educational content to professionals.
Previous law firm experience required.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office, iManage and related software used in a law firm.
Experience in adult learning concepts and adoption techniques for busy professionals.
Strong ability to promote new technologies in a non-technical way; storytelling.
Good interpersonal skills; respectful and collaborative, assertive but tactful.
Excellent work ethic and strong ownership for both personal and team work.
Exercises good judgment; strong attention to detail and concise communication.

Responsibilities

New Hire Training – develop and deliver a multi-touch technology training program for new hires.
New Technology Training – act as SME, develop training materials and conduct sessions.
Quality Testing – partner with SMEs to test applications and inventory issues.
Advanced Applications Support – escalate as SME for core software like Office, iManage, Word LX, Adobe.
Other duties as assigned.
