Job summary

Alston & Bird LLP seeks a Technology Training Specialist to drive technology adoption across the firm. You will design and deliver learning experiences for attorneys and staff, leveraging AI-enabled tools and Microsoft Copilot.

The role includes authoring materials, producing videos, and serving as an LMS administrator. You will partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs, lead training programs, and assist with software rollouts in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of training experience; law firm experience preferred.
• Ability to understand procedures and instructions in a complex environment.
• Experience with software rollouts, LMS administration, and content authoring.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training on firm policies, procedures, and systems.
• Lead instructor-led and virtual trainings for attorneys and staff.
• Develop eLearning content and training resources.
• Administer the LMS and support system rollouts.
• Collaborate with IS and admin teams to identify learning needs.
