Job summary

PDS Health in Irvine, CA is seeking an Analyst, Legal Systems to optimize and manage our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and related legal tech. You will collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and vendors to streamline workflows, maintain data integrity, and ensure compliance across platforms used by the Legal Department.

You will implement process improvements, develop training materials, and enable efficient contract drafting, execution, and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 2+ years contract admin exp with CM tech.
Experience in a corporate legal environment preferred.
Onsite in Irvine, CA.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME on CLM platforms and provide training and support.
Maintain and enhance legal tech platforms supporting drafting, execution, and data mgmt.
Troubleshoot, test, and support legal applications for optimal UX.
Collaborate cross-functionally on reporting, evaluations, and process improvements.
Develop SOPs, user guides, and training materials for legal systems.
Organize requests and identify business processes for the Legal Department.
Analyze legal data/workflows to identify trends and drive decisions.
Other duties as assigned.
