Job summary

Apex Systems, LLC is seeking a Legal Technology Analyst focused on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) to support process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities. The role collaborates with Legal Operations, Legal, IT, and business stakeholders to enhance contracting workflows and reporting.

The ideal candidate brings CLM implementation experience, strong stakeholder facilitation, and a track record in legal technology modernization. This is a hybrid remote position in McLean, VA.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes across intake, drafting, negotiation, approval workflows, execution, and repository management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience gathering requirements and facilitating workshops to define functional specs and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Support intake, review, and prioritization of CLM enhancement requests.
• Facilitate stakeholder discovery sessions and identify automation opportunities.
• Maintain and update the CLM Continuous Improvement Roadmap and track project status.
