Job summary

PDS Health is seeking an Analyst, Legal Systems to optimize legal technology platforms and workflows. You will collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and vendors to ensure data integrity and compliance, supporting contract lifecycle management and reporting.

Responsibilities include maintaining platforms such as Alteryx, Salesforce, Smartsheet, and DocuSign CLM, plus creating training materials and SOPs. This role is onsite in Irvine with potential cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Legal, Contract Management, Information Technology or related fields.
In lieu of degree, 2+ years of contract administration experience with commercial and corporate contracts.

Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert on legal systems and workflows, including CLM platforms, and provide training and support to legal team members.
Maintain and enhance legal technology platforms (e.g., Alteryx, DocuSign, Salesforce, Smartsheet) to support contract drafting, execution, and data management.
Troubleshoot, test, and support legal applications and platforms, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support legal and organizational projects, including dynamic reporting and process improvements.
Develop and maintain documentation such as SOPs, user guides, and training materials for legal systems.
Organize incoming requests and determine use cases to identify, recommend and manage business processes for the Legal Department.
