Job summary

Expert Institute is hiring Business Development Representatives to expand our market share across the US and Canada. This entry-point role focuses on phone and email outreach to prospective and existing clients, laying the groundwork for Enterprise Sales and Customer Success teams.

You will be a key front-line presenter of our value proposition, helping attorneys understand how our cloud-based Expert iQ platform drives outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject is preferred.
• 0–2 years of B2B sales experience or internship is preferred but not required.
• Professional presence with emotional maturity.
• Comfortable cold calling and speaking with prospective clients daily.
• Ability to work with a high caliber team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Office, Google apps, and CRM; Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional sales and customer success teams to drive strategy and meetings.
• Engage attorneys via phone and email to generate interest and opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality, consultative sales experiences for clients.
• Warm and cold outreach to top law firms to surface meetings for executives and success teams.
• Articulate our value proposition and how services fit each firm’s needs.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts and prospect activity in the CRM.
• Follow up with sales staff to move opportunities forward and respond to presales questions.
