Axiom Law is looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to be among the first points of contact with prospective clients in the Chicago area. The role focuses on researching targets, conducting thoughtful outreach, and creating qualified opportunities for our sales team.

As an entry-level BDR, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship while collaborating with Account Executives to develop pipeline, learn prospecting strategies, and support our growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 0-2+ years of professional sales/business development experience welcomed but not required.
• Comfortable making cold calls, writing personalized outreach, and engaging senior professionals.
• Coachable, resilient, and motivated by clear activity, meeting, and pipeline goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities by researching target companies, senior decision-makers, and potential legal needs.
• Drive strategic outreach through cold calls, personalized emails, and outbound channels.
• Qualify and create pipeline by uncovering business challenges and setting qualified meetings.
• Partner with Account Executives to align on target accounts and follow-up.
• Own your pipeline by keeping activity and CRM records organized.
