Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Legal Pricing Solutions Lead within the Legal & Corporate Affairs Innovation & Operations team.

You will drive pricing strategy, matter budgeting, and negotiations with external law firms, leveraging AI-enabled tools to scale capabilities and improve outcomes. You will partner with senior leaders to translate analytics into executive-ready recommendations, develop AFAs, and lead cross-functional pricing initiatives across portfolios.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in a law firm, corporation, or professional services environment.
Ability to influence and engage executive stakeholders, build credibility, drive alignment, and deliver with authority.
Strong analytical and commercial judgment applied to matter budgeting, pricing strategy, and fee arrangement development.
Experience with AI-enabled pricing tools and pricing analytics.

Responsibilities

Advise senior legal leaders by translating financial and matter performance insights into executive-ready recommendations.
Develop pricing strategies, matter budgets, and fee arrangements (AFAs) across portfolios.
Lead negotiations with external law firms to align terms, staffing, and value outcomes.
Evaluate AI impact on pricing, profitability, staffing, and service delivery to inform value frameworks.
Drive adoption of AI-enabled pricing tools to improve forecasting and staffing models.
Collaborate on cross-functional AI and legal transformation initiatives spanning Legal, Finance, Legal Tech and Procurement.
