Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Legal Pricing Solutions Lead to partner with senior legal and business leaders to shape pricing strategy, matter budgets, and negotiations with external law firms, while scaling AI-enabled tools. This role drives adoption of modern pricing, scoping, and matter analytics to support informed decisions across new and active matters.

You'll influence senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional pricing initiatives, and mentor teams in pricing governance, analytics, and change

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in law firm, corporation, or professional services.
• Experience supporting partners, senior lawyers, and executive leaders.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and deliver with authority.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior legal leaders by translating financial and matter performance into executive-ready recommendations.
• Develop pricing strategies, matter budgets, and appropriate fee arrangements (AFAs) across portfolios.
• Lead negotiations with external law firms to align terms, staffing, and value outcomes.
• Evaluate AI impact on pricing, profitability, staffing, and service delivery for forward-looking models.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled pricing tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and staffing models.
• Collaborate on cross-functional AI and legal transformation initiatives across Legal, Finance, Legal Tech and Procurement.
• Develop and deliver training to strengthen capabilities in pricing, scoping, budgeting, and matter analysis.
• Monitor pricing trends and best practices to improve strategy and governance.
• Influence senior leadership priorities by aligning spend with measurable outcomes.
• Manage multiple work streams with disciplined execution and stakeholder communication.
