RR Donnelley is seeking a Legal Priority Operator for the 3rd shift with hybrid work after a 90-day probation. The role emphasizes MS Word formatting, fast typing, and strong document processing skills.

The candidate will manage word processing projects, coordinate workloads, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high accuracy in a fast-paced legal environment. Training is onsite, with Sundays through Thursdays night hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typing speed of 60 wpm with 95% accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of legal experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with legal software such as Visio, Bighand, Nuance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for word processing projects such as formatting, proofreading, editing, styling, printing, and converting documents to images.
• Coordinate, assign, and track workload within the department.
• Gather detailed information from requesters to understand assignments.
• Analyze requests to determine execution method and allocate resources.
• Direct requests to appropriate resources and coordinate with onsite and offsite services.
• Assist with proofreading and quality control during busy periods.
• Deliver projects within negotiated timeframes.
• Maintain knowledge of firm-supported software packages.
