RRD is seeking a Legal Priority Operator for the 3rd shift in a hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on word processing tasks such as formatting, proofreading, editing, and converting documents to PDF, serving as the department’s primary contact for requests.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred), a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with 95% accuracy, and advanced MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of legal experience preferred.
• Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with 95% accuracy.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for word processing projects (formatting, proofreading, editing, document styling, printing, PDF conversion).
• Coordinate and track workload across the department; assign and expedite tasks.
• Gather details from requesters to understand assignments and allocate resources.
• Perform proofreading and quality control during busy periods.
• Maintain knowledge of firm-supported software and assist with special projects.
