Qualifications

• Strong clerical background with formatting, proofreading, and quality audits on complex documentation.
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of legal experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for word processing projects (formatting, proofreading, editing, document styling, printing, image conversion).
• Coordinate, assign, distribute, prioritize, track and expedite workload for the department.
• Interface with requesters to gather detailed information for assignments.
• Analyze requests to determine task execution and engage appropriate resources.
• Deliver projects within negotiated timeframes.
