Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for requests to the department for word processing projects (formatting, proofreading, editing, styling, printing, PDF conversion).
• Coordinate, assign, distribute, and track workload within the department.
• Interface with requesters to gather requirements and understand assignments.
