Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking a Billing Specialist in the Finance Department to ensure accurate and timely completion of client billing. You will support multiple attorneys and manage invoicing workflows across various vendor sites.

Qualified candidates have 2–5 years of legal billing experience, with Elite and Ehub exposure. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of legal billing experience.
• Experience with electronic billing via vendor websites and the Ehub.
• Elite billing experience preferred.
• Meticulous and highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding timely to general billing inquiries from management, staff, attorneys and clients.
• Review aged unbilled WIP and provide status updates to Billing Supervisor/Director of Billing.
• Provide expense detailed backup to accompany invoices as required.
• Research and address client overpayments and cost advances as needed.
• Process invoices utilizing Paperless Proforma for specific attorneys.
• Review newly opened matters for clients of assigned attorneys to see whether matters are available through e-billing websites.
• Ensure invoices are submitted in a timely fashion and address reductions or rejections promptly.
• Submit Rate Requests for certain vendor sites.
• Provide updates regarding invoice status to Billing Supervisor/Director of Billing.
