Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced Billing Manager to provide hands-on support after our firm’s Aderant implementation. The role blends legal billing responsibilities with team guidance, troubleshooting, and training.

Prior supervisory or team‑lead billing experience is encouraged. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to train others while ensuring accurate client billing and compliance with billing requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong legal billing experience and hands-on Aderant proficiency.
• Experience supervising or leading a billing team is preferred.
• Experience with electronic billing and LEDES 1998B files.
• Ability to train others and resolve billing workflow questions.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned legal billing work accurately and independently.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to billing team members.
• Help train colleagues on Aderant and resolve billing workflow questions.
• Prepare, review, and process client bills in accordance with client billing requirements.
• Support electronic billing, including BillBlast and LEDES 1998B files.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and rejected invoices.
• Coordinate with attorneys and accounting staff to complete billing on time.
• Help the team strengthen billing processes following the Aderant implementation.
