A law firm in Fort Worth is seeking a Legal Billing Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage client billing in accordance with firm guidelines and client-specific requirements
• Review and edit pre-bills; finalize and distribute client invoices
• Work closely with attorneys and administrative staff to resolve billing issues
• Ensure compliance with e-billing systems and client billing portals
• Track and manage write-offs, discounts, and billing adjustments
• Assist in the rollout and adoption of new billing software (3E system)
• Maintain accurate and timely billing records and reports

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of legal billing experience, preferably within a law firm environment
• Experience with 3E billing software (preferred but not required)
• Strong understanding of legal billing practices and e-billing platforms
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Patience and the ability to work well in a collaborative, occasionally noisy team environment
