Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP is seeking two experienced Legal Billers to support the firm after implementing Aderant. You will prepare, review, and submit invoices, address discrepancies, and coordinate with attorneys and accounting to ensure timely billing.

These temporary roles require hands‑on Aderant expertise and strong billing skills, with on‑site training and potential hybrid flexibility afterward. Remote candidates with strong experience may be considered.

Qualifikationen

• Strong legal billing experience required.
• 2–3 years hands-on Aderant experience preferred.
• Experience with BillBlast and LEDES 1998B files.
• Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up time.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, review, and process legal invoices using Aderant.
• Manage assigned billing work accurately and within established deadlines.
• Review invoices for accuracy and compliance with client billing requirements.
• Prepare and submit electronic invoices, including through BillBlast.
• Work with LEDES 1998B electronic billing files.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, rejected invoices, and electronic billing issues.
• Coordinate with attorneys, billing colleagues, and accounting staff to address questions and complete billing.
• Share Aderant knowledge and assist colleagues as needed.
