Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP is seeking two experienced Legal Billers to support after implementing Aderant. Onsite during initial training with potential hybrid flexibility; strong candidates may be fully remote.

Two openings for temporary positions with possible temp‑to‑hire. Immediate start preferred; prior Aderant and eBilling experience highly valued to manage invoices and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong legal billing experience required.
• Hands‑on Aderant experience required; ideally 2–3 years.
• Experience with eBilling, BillBlast, LEDES 1998B files.
• Ability to work independently with minimal ramp‑up time.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Availability to begin as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process legal invoices using Aderant.
• Manage assigned billing work accurately and on time.
• Review invoices for accuracy and client requirements.
• Prepare and submit electronic invoices via BillBlast.
• Work with LEDES 1998B electronic billing files.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and issues.
• Coordinate with attorneys and accounting staff on questions.
