Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education initiatives for a national law firm. You will design curricula, deliver live and virtual instruction, and guide attorneys and staff on practical AI workflows with a focus on Harvey and enterprise models.

You will develop training content, manage the LMS, and drive adoption across legal teams while ensuring responsible AI use and compliance with privacy standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical training, user enablement, or consulting.
• 1+ years training end-users on enterprise AI tools.
• Hands-on Harvey AI training or AI consultancy in a law firm.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, context windows, token optimization.
• Experience administering courses in modern LMS (Absorb LMS).
• Strong track record delivering live virtual instructor-led training.
• U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident in approved states.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives with tailored learning paths.
• Create and maintain training materials, guides, libraries, modules.
• Deliver virtual and ILT sessions focused on real-world workflows.
• Publish digital learning modules in Absorb LMS integrated environment.
• Roll out and drive adoption for Harvey and other enterprise AI tools.
• Coach on prompt engineering, token management, and context use.
• Provide guidance on foundation models and tools like Claude/OpenAI/Grok.
• Deliver high-touch enablement to partners and executive leadership.
• Educate staff on confidentiality and data privacy in AI usage.
• Establish SOPs and best-practices for AI in legal research and drafting.
• Track attendance, platform usage, and user feedback for improvement.
