Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC seeks an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead enterprise AI education across a national law firm. You will design learning paths for attorneys, paralegals, and staff, and deliver training on practical AI workflows using Harvey and foundational models.

You will build content, conduct live sessions, and collaborate with the central training team to drive responsible AI adoption and workflow integration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
• 1+ years dedicated experience training professional end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Hands-on experience training users on Harvey AI OR experience in a law firm/legal tech environment.
• Deep understanding of generative AI mechanics: prompt engineering, context limits, token optimization, output validation.
• Experience developing learning content and administering courses within modern LMS (e.g., Absorb LMS).
• Strong live virtual instructor-led training experience for professional audiences.
• U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident residing in approved states.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives with tailored learning paths for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, quick-reference guides, prompt libraries, and interactive modules.
• Deliver virtual and instructor-led training focused on real-world legal workflows and productivity use cases.
• Publish digital learning modules within Absorb LMS and manage course catalogs.
