Relativity is hiring a Legal AI Advisor to help customers adopt and realize value from RelativityOne and claiR/aiR. This role blends legal expertise with technology, serving lawyers across firms and in‑house teams.

You’ll drive adoption, guide workflows, and partner with product teams to refine AI solutions for litigation, investigations, and compliance. The position reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting in the US and emphasizes customer engagement, executive communication, and

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) and Bar admission required.
3+ years of experience practicing law.
Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.
Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships across firms and corporate legal teams.
Lead discovery and adoption conversations, and demonstrate Relativity aiR capabilities through tailored demos.
Support onboarding and ongoing engagement to drive adoption and measurable impact.
Translate legal needs into product insights and contribute to scalable playbooks.
