Job summary

Relativity, a leader in legal data intelligence, seeks a Legal AI Advisor (JD, Bar) to help customers adopt RelativityOne and claiR/aiR. You will drive adoption across the full lifecycle, reporting to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting in the US.

You will build relationships with law firms and corporate legal teams, lead product demonstrations, and guide customers through workflow transformation, AI integration, and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• JD and Bar admission
• 3+ years practicing law (litigation preferred)
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus
• Ability to operate in cross-functional, fast-moving environments
• Hands-on experience with Relativity aiR and related tools
• Familiarity with litigation workflows and AI adoption in legal practice

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships
• Drive pre-sales by supporting discovery, demos, and solution alignment
• Enable post-sales adoption and value realization via onboarding and training
• Act as the voice of the legal customer to influence product strategy
• Bridge legal and technical workflows, translating AI capabilities into practical insights
