Qualifications

• 3+ years of LED lighting sales experience.
• Knowledge of utility rebate programs and energy audits.
• Hunter mindset with strong prospecting and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently with team support.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on energy-saving LED solutions.
• Conduct on-site and virtual audits with auditing software.
• Build a pipeline across high-rebate utility areas in the U.S.
• Collaborate with installation and project teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Aim to consistently exceed quotas and grow income.
