You will quote and process orders, coordinate with the warehouse for timely fulfillment, and educate customers on LED technology and utility rebates while building lasting relationships and helping customers save energy and costs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service abilities with a B2B/wholesale background.
• Proven sales skills including lead follow-up, consultative selling, and closing opportunities.
• Experience or interest in training and explaining lighting products, LED technology, and rebates.
• Exposure to sales management and tracking performance metrics.
• Basic technical understanding of lighting products and retrofit solutions.
• Comfort using sales and inventory systems, email, and office software.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, quotes, orders, and vendor coordination.
• Educate customers on LED retrofit options and energy rebate programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with repeat clients.
• Follow up on leads and support sales targets.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
