Community Medical Centers is seeking an Leave of Absence Supervisor to oversee the LOA team, coordinating with third-party admins, leadership, and legal counsel to ensure compliant processes. You will guide managers through complex leave scenarios and drive process improvements.

You will manage interactive return-to-work cases, oversee reporting, and maintain timekeeping accuracy while training HR staff and team members on LOA best practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, HSE or IEP Certificate required.
• 5 years of experience working within a Leave of Absence program required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the Leave of Absence team and act as primary liaison with third-party administrators, leadership, and legal counsel.
• Lead daily LOA operations, manage complex leave and return-to-work cases, including interactive process and accommodations.
• Provide guidance to managers and HR staff and oversee leave-related system reporting and timekeeping accuracy.
