Qualifications

• PRISM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end LOA case management across multiple states while ensuring compliance.
• Administer FMLA and state-mandated leaves including eligibility and tracking.
• Review medical certifications for completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Worker's Comp to align leave status and benefits.
• Maintain confidential records in LOA systems and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Meet productivity KPIs and support process improvements.
