Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Leave of Absence Specialist to manage complex LOA cases across multiple states, ensuring compliance with FMLA and state regulations. You will coordinate with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Workers’ Comp to align leave status, benefits, and return-to-work requirements, while maintaining meticulous records and providing empathetic guidance to employees and managers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR/BA required.
• 3–5 years of LOA administration experience.
• Experience with PRISM and LOA systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end LOA case management across multiple states, ensuring compliance with federal/state laws.
• Administer FMLA and state-mandated leaves including eligibility, certification review, and return-to-work coordination.
• Determine leave types and communicate effectively with employees and managers.
• Review certifications for completeness and maintain confidential records in LOA modules.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Workers’ Comp to align leave status and benefits.
• Provide guidance on leave policies and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Monitor leave usage to ensure entitlement adherence and KPI targets.
• Escalate leave issues when policy or regulatory concerns arise.
