Job summary

Community Medical Centers is seeking an Leave of Absence Supervisor to oversee the LOA team, coordinating with third-party admins, leadership, and legal counsel to ensure compliant processes. You will guide managers through complex leave scenarios and drive process improvements.

You will manage interactive return-to-work cases, oversee reporting, and maintain timekeeping accuracy while training HR staff and team members on LOA best practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, HSE or IEP Certificate required.
• 5 years of experience working within a Leave of Absence program required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

As the Leave of Absence Supervisor, you will oversee the LOA team and serve as the primary liaison with third-party administrators, leadership, legal counsel, and other departments. You will lead daily LOA operations, manage complex employee leave and return-to-work cases, including the interactive process and accommodations, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance program effectiveness and compliance. You will also provide expert guidance and education to managers, HR staff, and team members and oversee leave-related system reporting and timekeeping accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
• 5 years of experience working within a Leave of Absence program required
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
