Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE is seeking an experienced LOA Supervisor to lead the day-to-day leave of absence operations, manage workloads, and ensure payroll timelines are met. You will supervise staff, participate in onboarding, and drive process improvements across the LOA team.

The role requires 8+ years in LOA administration, a Bachelor's in HR, strong policy interpretation, and collaboration with HR partners to resolve issues while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; equivalent education/experience may be considered.
• 8+ years experience in leave of absence administration.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day LOA operations and payroll timelines.
• Lead hiring and onboarding to ensure coverage during peak periods.
• Coach and evaluate LOA team; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Coordinate all aspects of leaves (FMLA, ADA, disability, workers’ comp).
• Monitor dashboards and drive process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
