Job summary

You will collaborate with legal, HR leadership, and brokers to maintain compliance with FMLA/CFRA/ADA and related laws, analyze leave metrics, and drive process improvements in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience focused on LOA administration.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Desirable: CLMS, CPDM, SHRM/HRCI certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LOA, disability, and benefits programs in alignment with policies.
• Supervise LOA staff and manage daily workloads and development.
• Escalate complex LOA inquiries and advise on leaves across policies.
