Turner Construction Company in California is seeking an experienced Leave of Absence Administrator to manage the LOA program across multiple offices, ensuring compliance and exceptional employee support. Under the VP of Benefits, you will handle FMLA, CFRA, PDL, PWFA, ADA, and other leaves, guide eligibility, tracking, benefits coordination, payroll impact, and return-to-work processes; travel involved.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; 8+ years administering LOA programs including ADA compliance.
California experience: 8+ years administering LOA programs including ADA compliance; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for leaves of absence and accommodations; provide compliant guidance.
Administer and oversee leaves for multiple offices across locations.
Manage full lifecycle of leave cases: initiation, eligibility, tracking, payroll impact, return-to-work.
Collaborate with Benefits, HR, Payroll, Legal and third-party admins to resolve complex matters.
Maintain leave records in HR systems and conduct audits.
Support payroll processes and provide reports to HR leadership.
Develop and update SOPs and process documentation.
Promote diversity and inclusion.
